Meet Randy
Randy D. Williams, a native of Camilla, Ga., has been an entrepreneur at heart since childhood. In 2014, he founded Talley & Twine Watch Company, a brand known for its unique design featuring the number 7—symbolizing completion—and its commitment to excellence. Talley & Twine has been featured in The New York Times, CBS News, and Essence, among others.
An Albany State University graduate, Randy has built his career through ventures in sales, real estate, and eCommerce. He is also the author of two motivational books, Be a King and 7 Questions Every Young Leader Must Answer, which inspire young leaders to embrace purpose and growth.
Randy’s impact goes beyond business. He co-founded Visionaries for Change, supporting Black community initiatives, and established a $10,000 scholarship at Albany State University. Recognized with awards like Hampton Roads Black Chamber Entrepreneur of the Year, Randy continues to inspire others through his work as a speaker, philanthropist, and leader.
